Brain hemorrhage


Brain hemorrhage, hypertonic, hemocephalus 
Massive hypertonic hemorrhage in right-sided basal ganglia with extension into the right frontal and parietal lobe and penetration into lateral ventricle. Blood traveled from lateral ventricles through the third ventricle into the fourth ventricle. Note conspicuous subfalcine herniation with shift of midline structures to the left.
